Quality improvement of voluntary emotional support for children and youth

With support from the EEA Grants „Child Line“ and „Youth Line“ is implementing the project entitled „Quality improvement of voluntary emotional support for children and youth”

 

Project justification: there is insufficient quality of emotional support for youth and children and the lack of funding to ensure quality supervision in the future.

 

The main aim – to strengthen the capacity of organizations providing emotional support for children and youth, including administrative capacity building and diversification of funds.

 

Objectives:

  1. to evaluate the quality of emotional support organizations are providing for children and youth;
  2. to create efficient volunteers attraction, trainings system in order to ensure sustainable expansion of voluntary network and high quality of emotional support for children and youth;
  3. to increase the usability and popularity of support provided by internet;
  4. to improve the administrative capacity and apply new methods of fundraising.

 

It is sought to foster active citizenship by promoting volunteering, strengthen capacity of NGO and promote enabling environment for the sector through organizing capacity building seminars for NGOs, administrative capacity building.

 

Target groups: children and youth at risk, including victims of domestic violence, volunteers, employees of „Child Line“ and „Youth Line“

 

Project is funded by EEA Grants.
